by petrochemist

To help remind us of brighter days - here's one from my Summer holidays.
This friendly chap is part of the new 'Joris en de Draak' (George & the Dragon) ride.

Unfortunately they are the rollercoaster ride - the statue's reason for existance, which get MUCH more noticable in other shots that I otherwise prefer (I'll probably post one of those tomorrow).

I've cheated with one of the others & cloned out the rollercoaster. If your interested the image is on Flickr :

Not brilliantly done, but I'm more a photographer than a graphic designer. (Perhaps not much of either? )

Thank you, for providing the link. It's much, much better without the rollercoaster and I like it a lot!

Glad you like it.
With the dragons head up I could get a different view with less of the rollercoaster, but I couldn't get rid of it completely (That would have meant climbing over the barrier & wading...)

The Cloning is a bit messy and I think it's over-sharpened, but it's getting there.
