I was actually going into the village to get some milk... then saw this window display...
as I had the BIG camera with me to take another subject, I was able to take a photo with that and control the initial exposure more than I can with my carry everywhere WG-2.
But, when you see something like this... well, it is presented on a plate! You just have to take it!!!
The artist who created the display is the partner of the bar owner next door and runs this part as an art gallery of his works... all in reclaimed material...
the outdoor area of the bar has a 2mtr Tyranosaurus reclaimed-metal sculpture occupying part of it!!
For this picture, I photographed the window only, then PP cropped out the intruding windowframe...
I also darkened the photo to enhance the feel of spook and to get rid of me then cloned out the spots of light from the LED string of lights that illuminate the skulls... they were surrounded by dark maroon tassles.... some were very intrusive... as was the red "Hired" light on top of a taxi.
No other "work" was needed.
"Give a thousand photographers...
the same camera, lens and scene...
and you'll always get a thousand different takes!!"
