Ground Floor, Park Hill Flats, Sheffield - one of my favourite shots from the recent Sheffield One Lens Challenge.

Pentax K3, Sigma f1.4 50mm. Manual mode, tonemapped in Photomatix Pro 4, then tweaked in PSE10.

Looks good to me. I am guessing here, but I suspect this was an otherwise drab concrete and brick structure - your treatment/ b&w conversion has transformed it!
