I sort of agree with timbo. Its the sort of shot I would go for myself, though. Wonder if it would have worked better in portrait format?

Nice & simple, my sort of photo.
I think you should flip this top to bottom so the tracks lead our eyes to the textures of the bricks.
At the same time you could flip it left to right so the tracks start in the BL.

I can't quite make my mind up whether I like it or not.
I like the lines and the patterns, and the missing brick, but my eye is led straight out of the image without settling on anything.
