It is always amazing what you can find to photograph when you simply walk through your own yard!
I'm a K-M newbie.

Thanks everyone. It is so interesting what other can see in your work.
I have such a passion for photography, and I am not a newbie to photography as I lived with my trusty K1000 for 25 years, but I am a newbie to DLSR digital. I have had a couple of point and shoots Kodak easy share...and it is amazing what you can do with even these little point and shoots if you want to use all the different features...and learn what works and what does not.
Ahh Mr Greytop..yes, I would indeed think the K-M would be fantastic for your daughter. The beauty is that it works like a point and shoot...so in a situation where you aren't yet in the know of how best to shoot a shot, it really has its own brain! Having said that if you want to spend time doing 'special' shots and learning the ropes...It is the Balm! Super. I give it a 10 out of 10 for the crossing over between the point and shoot and the DLSR. There is tons of amazing things you can do with special filters...and it is a FUN camera...Really fun..and I am a grandmother...Ohh if I had my youth, the images I would take!
I look forward to adding many different pictures on the sight...I LOVE FEEDBACK... Positive and negitive..
