Pargeting (again!)

by OldTaffy

An example of a home in Linton of decorative carving in the plaster-work on a house front. Known as 'pargeting' it is relatively common in East Anglia. The patterns on this house were once picked out in a different colour, but the present owners have simply colour-washed the whole of their frontage.
