The Magic Carpet

by morpheus71

“The clearest way to the Universe is through a forest wilderness” – Jon Muir (1838 –1914)

Evening light filtering through the beech trees and catching the interminable carpet of English Bluebells – in the second terrace at Ermington Woods in the South Hams of Devon.

I like the softness of the foliage and the light shadows across the bluebells. Very accomplished.

Definitely a soothing vibe, despite the work it doesn't look over processed either

Beautifully done. A shot I've been after myself and never got anywhere near as good as this.

Beatiful colour and a nice soft look.

Possibly one of the nicest piccies of bluebells I've seen.
Best Regards, Larry.

Thanks so very much for the really encouraging comments - those bluebells took my breath away as I hiked up to that terrace on the hillside. Went back with my family the next day and it was no less magical to see such a carpet of them
