Blue Daisy
by davidstorm
I don't know the correct name for this flower, but it's in the garden of our apartments in Corfu, growing with other decorative plants in a nice terracotta pot. The garden centre called it a blue daisy, so that's what I'm sticking to! As seen with my K-1 and D FA 100 WR Macro lens. There is some movement (caused by the breeze), which I really like and I think enhances the image, what do you think?

Very nice.
Lovely colours, nice background and the movement definitely enhances the image.

Thanks go4IT, that's great, I always wondered what the correct name was. We had these growing in our UK garden and also here in Corfu, they survived the Winter in England which surprised me, but the 'Alpine' part of the name maybe gives a clue as to why they are so hardy.
Kind Regards
David

The movement is good with the still central part.
