With a tripod, it's nice; if that was handheld, it's very nice.

Thank you all for your comments, Tony the reason for the black foreground is because the piece of stone/slate the bird is standing on is suspended in the air over a pebble bed where water runs when the water feature is turned on.

The shot was handheld David.
