Baby breeches, stage 3

This is the continuing story of my Acanthus (Bears Breeches) seedling.
Two to three weeks after the first 2 seedling leaves a 3rd proper leaf came up in between them (stage 2).
Now, a further 2 or 3 weeks later more leaves are emerging in front of the middle one..
I'm hoping I can rear this 'baby' to maturity to replace my old dying plant ?
