Aladdin's cave !

by PeterKR

A collection of old oil lamps stored in The Lamp Room at Calke Abbey, Derbyshire (NT).
This is a fascinating place as it was in such a mess when the NT took over that they decided to keep it in the mess they found it as an illustration of 'how the mighty have fallen' !
Well worth a visit.

K50 with DA18-135WR.
The lighting was poor, with the glare from the window, access to the room was restricted and no flash was allowed so I used TAv and adjusted the RAW image in PSE11 before doing a perspective correction and slight crop.

Many thanks to you all.

I was very pleasantly surprised how well this came out considering the ISO2500 ?

Sometimes you are just plain lucky !

Thanks again

I have the impression that you had to make a decision on what to include and what not to include! However, the end product is most pleasing!
