Wow, 51200 ISO Nezih!! This is on the limits of even the K-5 but you have produced a great picture here, one that drew me in immediately I saw the thumbnail.

Because of the sepia toning the noise doesn't intrude too much and the capture is so good it doesn't really matter.

Thank you, David! I hadn't noticed that until I read your comment. It really proves the fact that one can stretch the ability of K5 as far as this; and I am happy with the result.
