Nice one of the hardest sport in the world, you wouldn't think it but I used to do it. All PAIN PAIN PAIN (so much PAIN you just want it to stop, a self inflicted TORTURE) but 'good for the head'

It has got quite popular in Britain nowadays, it was very popular in Ireland when I started in the early 90's as Ireland had two of the best riders in the world back then.
