War of the Worlds

It was a wet afternoon and I was bored so I played. The backdrop is from one of the Grandkids presents which I rescued before it hit the recycling bin, the globe is about 50years old.set up in a softbox, the lighting was from a desk lamp. I also used a red filter. Let me know what you think

The color is well balanced throughout - Appears to be HDR. It was akin to looking through a red mylar plastic - some immediate appearance of movement in the "asteroids"? It's a winner -- Tg

I agree with the comments on the globe looking a little out of place, but the image is very well done and is very effective. I think you deserve a lot of credit for shooting this so well, maybe you could re-visit the shot with something in the foreground that looks more like an abstract planet?
