Speckled Wood

Photo Information
The more I use the DA*300 with the 1.4 HD TC, the more impressed I am with this combination.

This is a Speckled Wood Butterfly, warming up on our Raspberries this morning before taking to the air several minutes later. The great thing about using the DA*300 and TC for shots like this is that it gives you working distance.

Nice colours, I was expecting a CCD sensor camera.

You have a very subtle way of pointing out my shortcomings Barrie! I've just corrected it, you will be fine with the 1.4, people say it's miles better than the 1.3!

Funny you should say that Russ, I've found the K-3 to be more akin to a CCD sensor camera than any other Pentax CMOS I've owned / used.
