60163 Tornado passes through Winwick this morning with the Cathedrals Express, Both myself and the camera got a good soaking due to the persistent rain.

She looks like she is galloping through.

I usually take the right lens but I have on occasion forgotten to put the memory card back in the camera after down-loading stuff to my lap-top the previous night.

Still worth getting a bit wet for though, I think!

I loved the A1s second only to the A4s when British Railways ran them on front line express trains. And I love the new Tornado. This a classic shot of it Cliff.
I can't speak for your Tamron lens, but your K5 will stand a bit of rain. Mine has got soaked several times, so has the K10 without any problems.
