Winter Wonderland

Winter Wonderland

Photo Information
As my last pictures I uploaded here, were all a bit moody, I know want to trigger first nice winter feelings . Not as well known as the black forest is the neighbor mountain range Les Vosges on the French side of the Rhine Valley. However although I love the Black Forest so much, I love the Vosges even more (very untouched nature, small, authentic villages and great forests. In winter time a pure dream. Never saw better winter landscapes in Europe (but this is very subjective ).

Axel, that's a real wonder! Among other things, the purity of it is exquisite!

Wonderful view and very well shot. But, to be honest Ive got a little problem with the over brilliance on the middle right part.

One of the two hundred eh? If it's good enough for PPG it's brilliant for me. That light patch seems to lose significance when the photo is enlarged.

Hi Paul - yep one of the 200
Hi Senn - fully acceptable argument - this shot is again hard at the limit (was my "interpretation" of the topic - Icy Landscape). Actually, the branches were quite brilliant, as they were completely covered with a thin ice layer - but yes - appears a bit unnatural.

Stunning photograph, Nezih. How strange and exciting to see something you've taken outside of Turkey!
Best wishes,

Andrew
