Wow Nezih, we did this poem at school for our GSE english language exams, I hadn't heard of him since, but I do know of him, translater and academic and he died in 2007 I think.Thank you so much Cheers Trixie

I translated that poem into Turkish many years ago with some others of his; that's why I still remember it, Patricia. Felt sorry for him.

Hi Nezih, all his work is out of print now, I have a couple of his poems in an old book from the 1960s he had a sad life. Regards Patricia
