"The tree which moves some to tears of joy is in the eyes of others only a green thing that stands in the way. Some see nature all ridicule and deformity... and some scarce see nature at all. But to the eyes of the man of imagination, nature is imagination itself."

(William Blake)

Soft spring afternoon light breaks through the drizzle - to add to the vibrance of the fresh Beech leaves dancing in the breeze at Golitha Falls/.

Golitha falls are a series of stepped waterfalls in a National Nature Reserve on the River Fowey, as it descends from Bodmin Moor in Cornwall.

Thanks Giulio
The fresh beech leaves are only a fortnight old in their growth in this photo - beech leaves have such a delightful way of catching the light when they are in their first few weeks of growth...

All of my family had a few of the beech leaves to eat too on our walk (the leaves make a fine salad in the first two to four weeks of their growth)
