Curraghs Nature Reserve

by George Lazarette

The IOM has a splendid wetlands reserve, which is home to the British Isles' only herd of wild wallabies. I didn't see a wallaby, but enjoyed the walk through the reserve.

ETA: Apparently it's not unique. Apologies.

Love it, George.

There is so much intricate shape and colour. Also the composition draws my eye smack-dab to the center.

Lots going on there.

Must be a glitch in the software.

Or perhaps it's attributable to the obvious phallic symbolism in the sturdy saplings, and the twisted, writhing, limbs of some of the trees, which have an irresistible appeal to twisted, writhing, minds.

Who knows. But thanks, Tim, for pointing out this rather unexpected fact.

Now to shoot some nudes, and move further up the list.
