A bit of grey lichen

You see this stuff all over the place but you don't realise quite how complex it is until you look closely
K3, rear converter 2x-S with a 50mm 'A' series macro lens

Its lovely stuff - and difficult to get a good dof with as it is not at all flat! You've got the focus right IMO for this one

I have also recently acquired the A50mm f2.8, but haven't had the time to use it much. Judging from your photo, the old A macro seems a highly capable performer, sharp and great colour rendition. Very nice!
