5 to 1


Photo Information
This shot was triggered by my son who joined me in a photo shooting in a trainstation that was builded 20 years ago and which looks already like a ruin. I was fokusing on the station while he spotted this clock - and fortunately I watched him and learned from him. Only back home, I realized the "power" of the metal construction and the strong contrast with the blue frame - and suddenly I also thought that I see into the face of an alien robot

Simple yet striking. I like the symmetry of the hands at five to ONE as well.

wow - how stupid was I - yes mark - you are absolutely right - this is 5 to 1 and not 5 to 12 (I immediately changed the title - hmmmm should stop posting pictures so early in the morning - my brain seems to be still in the boot sequence)

Like the allover sharpnes and the beautiful contrast of blue and reddish gray colours.
