The Wider View

by davidstorm

If you saw the image uploaded yesterday, that one was with the Pentax-M 28mm F3.5. This one is at 14mm with the D-Xenon 12-24 and it will give a sense of the wider perspective, although it has been cropped a little at either side.

It also demonstrates quite obvious differences in the way the two lenses portray colours - this one is more accurate on the building's tones, whereas the old lens is better on the greens.

For those of you who didn't see the last one, this is Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire.

A superb image, especially when enlarged, full of detail.
