It's a classic but just needed to prove to myself I can do it.

Well done, it is all about timing. I would have removed the two light bits on the bottom though.

Yeah, crop that bottom bit out, (cover it with the little hand and you'll see what I mean). Nice and colourful/sharp. Well done.

Yes, you're right. I've actually got this as my desktop on my PC and I have already removed the distracting lights at the bottom. Should have done it before I uploaded to the gallery.
All the gear, no idea (but trying)
K5, Tamron 17-50mm f2.8, Sigma 70-200mm f2.8, Tamron 90mm f2.8, SMC FA 50mm f1.4, Sigma 150-500mm, Sigma 17-70 f2.8-4, plus far more bits than I need.

Very sharp and good timing! As you have removed the distracting lights at the bottom of the image I can't say anything else except great shot.
