Cold Comfort

The steel, concrete and glass and the physical representation of the cold hard air tonight in York.

I was looking forward to taking some pictures in the fog, but unfortunately it had cleared by the time I finished work.

The pink glow along the bottom adds to the chill factor rather than suggesting warmth. This one works really well.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Agreed. Very nice high-key capture, with geometry the main attraction for me, besides the subtle colouring.
