Light trail, the sequal

Photo Information
Another light trail shot. I have refined my technique, I am happier with this one, whether you Pentaxians are, remains to be seen. PP in PSE9 using gradient mapping.

That's really good, Jim!
Is the pattern all to do with the number of suspension points & the number of strings the light hangs from?
( I presume it's not your Pentax swinging around like some Dervish?!)

Thanks very much to you all, glad you enjoyed the shot.

To answer your question Roger, there was only one suspension point. And I definately wasn't swinging my K-x around. Ideally I would have shot on bulb for a long exposure to give more intricate patterns but I don't have a remote, so it was 30secs max. Puting a dark card over the lens and altering the oscilation during shooting can give different shapes and effects.
Great simplicity is only won by an intense moment or by years of intelligent effort. T.S Eliot
