Snakes Head Fritillaries
by PeterKR
West Green House Garden had a field full of Fritillaries - just at their best.
Mixed in with Bluebells and Daffodils they made a wonderful show.
It was quite wet and soft underfoot so I couldn't get very close so this image is a heavy crop of the centre of the shot.
However, I think it confirms what a good lens this is ?

I don't think these flowers have a very long season so you need to be there just at the right time.
I think they have a magical quality to them ?
Best regards
Peter

A nice bright and vibrant shot here .... That was a beautiful spring day you had .... And you do seem to get a great deal out of that zoom ...
