Given the level of sun light you have over there Jack, I cannot understand why you are using an ISO of 400 for this particular shot and at a focal length of 18 mm? This is a good composition, there is plenty of detail as Tel says, but it does lack the clarity, the sharpness, which is unusual for your normal shots.

Hi Rees, it was 8.30 in the morning 7.30 your time and it was very dull and overcast, I had to lighten all the shots I took as they are all dull and drab, I compressed this one to much as I only have a 512k wifi connection as it takes ages to upload so I'll just put up with slow uploads and not compress as much.
