Vic mate,
I took the picture and even I am puzzled!!
I was going up the hill. The mirror is on the driver's side and the traffic going downhill is on my right.
Still confused? Just sit in your car and look at your wing mirror - maybe that will help.

GOT IT. Thanks Naim. SO the traffic in the photo on the right is actually on the left side of the road going away from you. AND the traffic on the left of the photo is behind you on the left side of the road the same as you.
It's a "mind boggling" "mind bending" photo. OR as I said. Is it just me???????????
