Blakemore Brume

Mists cloaking the hills and vales around Totnes, gazing into them from the top of Blakemore Hill.

The shrouding of the familiar and the fleeting revelations of distant forms held me under it's spell for some time.

Many thanks for your kind words David 😊 I was enchanted by those mists. I have been struck many times by minimalist ink drawings and photography of the misty Huang-Shun mountains in China, so I may have had some subconscious inspiration on this occasion 😁

Many thanks for your enthusiasm and considered comments Bill😊 I felt the photo deserving of minimal processing... The majority of which was removing dust spots, which are really hard to locate on a white sky whilst using a backlit monitor 📺😂
