Three Shires Head

Photo Information
A waterfall which as the name suggests sits on the borders of Cheshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire. I've tried to fix the blown out sky above the bridge with a digital gradient

I don't think the sky is any issue here Jim as there is very little of it. This is all about the waterfall and the river leading up to the bridge.

I was up there a couple of months ago, but didn't get anything a patch on this . Look and learn .

Great depth of field and interest throughout the frame. I also agree with David - the sky is a non issue here.

Superb! it really puts over the bleakness and beauty of our countryside.

Thanks David, I'm glad it hasn't detracted from the overall composition.

I don't know about look and learn those you put in the my photos forum were pretty darn good

I had to climb down some very slippy rocks to get this low viewpoint, If my partner ever found out I think my camera would be confiscated.
