Saw this old cottage on a recent trip to Snowdonia.
It had a sale board outside and on checking the agent's website it said bids were due over a year ago !

This was an idyllic location - the downside, of course, being: no electricity, no water, no drainage, no gas, no telephone ! But at least there is a tarmac road !
