Arctic Tern with Sand Eel, Farne Islands, July 2010

Taken on a recent trip to the Farnes. Unfortunately the swell was too great to be able to land on Outer Farne but, instead, we had three hours on Inner Farne. The weather was superb so I concentrated on flight shots as I have many images from six previous visits of static birds.
