Huka Falls - Taupo

Used a 10 stop filter and took 9 shots. Then got Photoshop to put them all together for me. Wanted a wider field of view than my kit lens could provide.
Think it worked ok and it was a beautiful day. Was pushed for time so had to rush a bit, but had fun trying!

Really nice, curious, does putting the various pics together make any other differance than slowing the shutter speed?
Sorry I should have explained that better...
The pictures weren't all the same, they were the scene in a grid of nine separate shots: lower left middle and right, middle left middle and right, and higher sky left middle and right. This allowed me to have a much wider field of view than my standard kit lens would allow normally.
Hopefully that is a bit clearer? Thanks
Thanks for that, i never even considered that, i might have to give that a go at some point. Cheers, Ben
Depending on your model of Pentax DSLR you can even do something similar in camera using the sensor shift abilities. That is useful if you have limited ability to physically move backwards, and is limited as to how much extra width you can get, but it is pretty cool all the same
