Great treatment of the subject, allows the detail and texture of the birch trunks to come though really well

I think this one is the best of the three shots! Nicely composed and executed!

thank you Sandinista and Nonur - I keep changing my mind on which one... but I'm leaning towards the lighter versions like this one (the two other images have lighter versions similar to this one)

(shh... but I also have a Canon 500D but I only use this for stop motion!)
