A complete change of direction from my last few images, this was shot at the Muston Scarecrow Festival this Summer. Muston is a small and very pretty village in East Yorkshire, between Flamborough and Scarborough. Every year they hold a scarecrow festival and the villagers make and display their own scarecrows and compete to win the prize for 'best in festival'. This scarecrow struck me as very good, but a bit odd, because it almost looked like Lisa was being ceremonially hung from the fence.
