Great BW conversion on this one, beautiful tones. I would have liked a bit less space on the right and a bit more on the left, but I still think it's a great image.

Yes, nice action-stopping shot. I'd try a tighter crop, losing the left hand side.

Nice shot

However, whilst I have punched many bags I have never used my camera in the gym but two things I would like to add - if it is a person showing shoulders, arms etc close crops show the definition of the muscles etc at the point of impact, for all other 'punch' shots I would prefer to see the fighters legs and feet as this will give the feeling of the 'fighter' having set themselves or more precisely their balance ready for the punch.

Can't be sure that this will work but feel pretty confident
