No, you are correct. It needs straightening.
It is, however, a particularly nice evening shot, full of atmosphere (and birds).
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Ah -- and there is a little, tiny electricity pylon smack in the middle of the horizon could do with cloning out.
Looking at it large size I find it an even better evening shot!
