I totally agree, I like the reflected light in the foreground but wonder what it would be like if you removed it

Hey Malc...the reflective material in the foreground is a blanket that I used to cover the surface of the table the vase was sitting on. I do like your idea of playing around with removing it.😊

I think you got everything bang on right there. I love the stark contrast between the tulips and the blackness.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
