Thanks Sam

You'll have to come back to the old country with your K100 and take some traditional nostalgic shots!

A.
Best wishes,

Andrew

I like this a lot, Andrew. Not that the guard is a Prince but for me there's a nice connection between Black Prince and the steam/black soot surrounding the guard's face.

Thanks, Katie,

Shots like this are no-brainers and so easy to make. My only problem was that he kept (thoughtfully) moving out of the way for me, not realising what I was after!

Andrew

I dunno, Cliff. Could I stand that grumpy face looking down next to the plaster ducks?

Thanks,

Andrew

I like the composition, cropping and atmosphere of this photo. You have held detail in the sky and in the boiler highlights. Even though you can see only part of the engine, you can sense that it is a monster. Well Done

Wonderful image bwichmawr, the train is caught in its pose showing all its raw power just worried all that steam may iron out the creases in the guard and make him look kindly

1st class image !!!
