I love 9Fs, one of the finest loco designs of British Rail, pity they had such short working lives. Its good to see 92214 working on the Great Central, I didn't know it had been turned out in green paint.

They made a fantastic sight on the 'Windcutter' coal trains on the Great Central, from Annesley to Woodford Halse. The photo shows it off very well.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

I remember them, and had some footplate rides on them, on the heavy iron ore trains on the severe gradients of the Tyne Dock to Consett line.
