My favourite formation is the flower like crystal on the left side. It's a fantastic shot.

Was the macro at its closest focus-point?

Roger: I am not sure is the answer. I can't remember where I had the macro lens focussed either!
What you see here is cropped, but not a lot. if I get the chance and its still snowing tomorrow, I might give it another go and take more notice of various settings!
