Is he talking on the phone? I remember a few years ago a German colleague of mine having to take his wife to Sheffield for treatment for a brain tumor. When he returned he told me that he would never, ever say anything negative about the Brits again, that's how impressed he was with the treatment. Presumably that took place at Weston Park.

Hello Paul, thank you so much for the comments. No this was taken at the outdoor Market in Sheffield he had a head phone microphone on... He is one half of TOFFEE two old farts!!! thats what they are called. He was raising funds for Weston Park what agreat hospital this is, I will upload another photo of the other half of TOFFEE . thank you again Paul for your lovely comments.
