Leander at Shap

There's been much discussion in the railway press and among train enthusiasts on PU about authentic colours for restored locomotives. Here's one that no one could argue about, LMS marooon for the Jublilee Class engine Leander. I caught this on a murky day last year speeding down Shap with a charter express. Most people like to photograph steam trains toiling up Shap.

Lovely capture, resplendent in Crimson Lake livery, a fine locomotive. Is she still in Carnforth for overhaul?
