Anyone Ever See a Pigeon This Colour?

I felt so sorry for this pigeon, the only orange one, sitting well back from a dozen or so gray pigeons, and never stirring. I wonder if it is some kind of outcast because of its strange colouring. The reason I say this is that this bird has puffed all his feathers out to make himself look much larger than he is--a defensive maneuver.
