We had miserable weather for the majority of our hike during this day, but when the rain relented and the sun shone, however briefly, it really did make all the effort worth it!

I think I prefer the previous shot in Portrait format to this one. There's a lot of detail here, but the image looks a little compressed and dark to me - it needs more dynamic range. Is it worth posting one that is not HDR?
