The wife said this was a boring photo, in fact, a very boring photo. Sounded like a good reason to post!

I like it. IMHO you ought to crop bricks. So doing eyes look at the lamp and its shadow on the white wall. This is "The message"to peoples....

Paul, perhaps you'd like to know, Emre asked me saying "Was Uncle Paul bored?" before I have seen this. I agree with Giulio about the cropping. May be I'm idiosyncratic, but I find this photo to be an ironic statement, as there is a lamp outside when it is dark inside.

Bored or not,, I love that shadow! When cropping I felt it was essential to show a little of the roof and of the ground beside the building.
When an up and coming star like Emre asks if I was bored it is time for me to sit up and take notice!!

It's a pity there is so much tree shadow Paul as this detracts from the rhythm of the building & the strength of lamp shadow.
