Connected to Land and Sea - Colour Version

Photo Information
Here is the colour version of last night's BW upload. For some reason, of all the landscape shots I've taken, I rather like this one, but can't put my finger on why! Maybe someone can enlighten me?

I prefer this colour version , David.

A subtle, engaging landscape. Has to be seen large to be appreciated.

I wonder if its the 'lines' that are evident here? The longer grass diagonally from left down to right/ the cutting (or whatever it is) from lower left, then continuing with the cliff curve going upper right/ a foreground curved line/ an interesting jutting out of cliff on LHS and a sky with a lot in interest. Its simple but with lots to engage the eyes! (That's my tuppence worth!)

Just what I said before. It's just one of those shots wide open space, serene and calm

I looked for subliminal messages....couldn't see one. Then I realised it's just a beautifully taken scene that allows us in. I'd sit in that foreground flat space any time and simply pick and chew a piece of grass whilst tick tocking the relaxing moments away.

As my eyes went OUT to sea, the clouds seem to bring me IN- at the same time. Extraordinary.

Thank you to all the lovely people on here who comment on my pics! This is actually one of my favourites of all the shots I've ever posted on this site. I don't really know why, it just seems to have a calming influence on me.

Best wishes
