ISO 3200 can still be iffy for bird shots, fortunately this one was very close, your seeing not much short of the full frame here so theres lots of detail in the feathers.
But I still swear by Neat Image and the available K5 noise profile

EDIT: seconds after I finished typing the A3 print churned out of the printer, and its a cracker
