The thing I most like about this is the muted almost pastel colours, makes the textures and tones stand out more, very nice.

It's not a knot though. It's a pair of spliced loops - and the lower one is an absolute marvel of perseverance, whoever made it
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
